Agents

Every agent the server has seen, across all companies. Live = fresh heartbeat; Stale = connected but heartbeat lapsed; Offline = no current connection. With failover, "Printers" is how many of the company's printers this agent currently owns, out of the company's total — not all of that agent's capacity. Remove orphans + offlines the agent's printers and deletes its record; a still-running agent re-registers until its process is stopped. Agents offline longer than the configured window are retired automatically.
